Shipping Policy

At Aroshlay, we are dedicated to ensuring your new wardrobe additions arrive promptly and securely. This policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, and shipping procedures for all orders placed within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Please note that during peak seasonal sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, though we always strive to get your garments to you as swiftly as possible.

UK Delivery Options

We offer reliable shipping options tailored to suit your needs. At checkout, you will be able to select the service that best fits your schedule:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • Next Working Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following working day.

Shipping charges for your chosen delivery method will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues and Delays
