We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here's how we can help:

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [returns@aroshlay.com] to start the exchange process.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. How to Return

  2. Pack your item securely.

  3. Send it to the return address we provide.
